Your appointment includes a brief history and assessment, treatment, remedial exercise or home care, and patient education.

30 minute appointment - $70
45 minute appointment - $95
60 minute appointment - $120
75 minute appointment - $150
90 minute appointment - $180

Prices listed include GST. Prices effective as of January 2022.

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of treatment. Cash, cheque, Interac E-Transfer, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted forms of payment. Debit is not currently accepted. 

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time has been reserved for you. As a courtesy to Jennifer and other patients, please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If this notice is not given, you will be responsible for the full treatment fee.

Insurance Policies

Pacific Blue Cross – Jennifer is a registered provider with Pacific Blue Cross, and will bill them directly for your treatment. Please bring in your Pacific Blue Cross provider card when you come in for your first appointment.

Sunlife/Manulife/Canada Life(Great-West Life)/Desjardins/Chamber of Commerce Group – Jennifer is a registered provider with many major extended health group plans. She can bill them directly at the time of you appointment. Please bring your extended health care provider card to your first treatment. Some providers require a doctor's referral to reimburse for massage therapy.  

ICBC – Jennifer is set up to bill ICBC directly. Your ICBC claim number, adjustor’s name, and adjustor's contact information is required. Please have this information ready at the time of your first visit.

MSP – Patients covered under the Medical Service Plan of BC (premium assistance) are entitled to 10 treatments per calendar year. MSP covers $23 per visit. Patients are responsible for the remainder of the appointment fee.  A doctor’s referral is not required for patients who qualify for MSP coverage. Jennifer will bill the MSP portion of your treatment if you are eligible for coverage.

RCMP – Jennifer is a registered provider with the Blue Cross RCMP Health Plan, and will bill them directly for your treatment. A doctor’s referral for massage therapy is required. Please bring your RCMP member number to the first appointment.
